Ethics & Compliance

Integrity in
every decision.

Trust is essential to the way MMG builds companies, advises institutions and works across borders. Our standards apply wherever we operate.

Responsible growth
starts with trust.

Every action should reflect our commitment to integrity, legal compliance, human dignity and responsible enterprise.

MMG’s ethics and compliance framework guides our directors, employees, contractors, portfolio companies and business partners. It helps us make sound decisions, protect the people and communities connected to our work, and preserve the confidence placed in our group.

“Growth only creates lasting value when it is built on trust, accountability and respect.”

Principles that
guide action.

Group standards are translated into practical responsibilities, approval processes and escalation pathways across every MMG activity.

01

MMG Code of Conduct

Our Code establishes expectations for lawful, honest and respectful behaviour. It covers professional judgement, conflicts of interest, confidential information, company resources, fair dealing and accountability.

02

Supplier & Business Partner Standards

We expect partners to act with integrity, respect human rights, maintain safe workplaces, protect confidential information and comply with applicable trade, sanctions, anti-bribery and environmental requirements.

03

Anti-Bribery & Corruption

MMG does not tolerate bribery, kickbacks, facilitation payments or improper influence. Gifts, hospitality and conflicts must be appropriate, transparent and handled under clear approval standards.

04

Government & Public-Sector Engagement

Our advisory and government-related work must be transparent, accurately represented and free from improper influence. We maintain clear mandates, records and authorization when engaging public officials or institutions.

05

Human Rights & Workplace Respect

We support dignity, inclusion, non-discrimination and safe working conditions. Forced labour, child labour, harassment and retaliation are incompatible with MMG’s standards and expected partner conduct.

06

Responsible Information & Data

Confidential, personal and commercially sensitive information must be protected and used only for legitimate purposes. Digital tools, including AI, must be applied with human oversight and appropriate safeguards.

Raise a concern
in good faith.

Questions and concerns should be raised early so they can be assessed responsibly.

Employees, partners and other stakeholders may contact MMG confidentially at info@mmgroup-global.com using the subject “Confidential Ethics Report,” or write to the Global Headquarters at Luxemburgstraat 20, Temse, Belgium.

MMG does not accept retaliation against anyone who raises a genuine concern in good faith. Reports are reviewed on a need-to-know basis and handled in line with applicable law. Please avoid sending sensitive personal data that is not necessary to explain the concern.
